Heart Walls

How Removing Your Heart Wall Could Change Your Life

The amazing, adventurous process of releasing trapped emotional energies is the entire Heart Wallfocus of my practice. I believe so strongly that these emotional energies can block us in every part of our lives: money, love, relationships, finances and health.

Working with clients, I find that different types of unprocessed emotional energy can tend to lead to different symptoms or dis-eases in the body. I believe trapped emotional energy can lodge itself anywhere in the body, causing a disruption to the organs, glands, tissue and cells surrounding it.

One of the things I see most clearly though, is a pattern of what happens when negative emotional energy is specifically trapped around your heart. I really believe this is because the heart is the center of our being. It is our second brain; the part of us that gently guides us in the world and draws in that and those who will make our journey exactly what it is supposed to be. If this is blocked, a part of us can feel cut off from life, joy, and even ourselves.

How Important Is Your Heart To Your Emotional Health?

The heart is the most powerful organ in your body. According to Dr. Nelson, your heart generates 60 to 1000 times more power and electromagnetic energy than your brain. And we thought our brains were in charge of everything, didn’t we?

Studies show that our heart’s signals extend out around our body and actually have the ability to affect the brain waves of others.

A machine called the magnetocardiogram (MCG) have helped scientists discover the heart’s magnetic field extends up to 12 feet in diameter around the body! Using this very advanced technology, scientists have confirmed some things about the heart that should make us think more about just how essential this organ is to our emotional health.

  • Every time the heart beats, it sends messages to all the cells of the body
  • Your brain actually obeys the messages sent by the heart
  • The heart can “think” for itself
  • The heart has the ability to “remember” things (this is most well documented in endless stories of heart transplant patients taking  on the traits or likes/dislikes or habits of their donors)

“The heart and brain maintain a continuous two-way dialogue, each influencing the other’s functioning. The signals the heart sends to the brain can influence perception, emotional processing and higher cognitive functions. This system and circuitry is viewed by neurocardiology researchers as a “heart brain.” They also say “Research shows our heart’s field changes distinctly as we experience different emotions.” – The Institute of HeartMath

Do You Have A Heart Wall?

Have you ever felt that physical sensation we commonly refer to as heartache? This feeling of pressure or discomfort in the chest and throat occurs when we feel attacked, grief, deep sadness or loneliness.

Dr. Bradley Nelson, the doctor who discovered the “Heart Wall,” believes that if you have this experience more than a couple of times in your life, your subconscious mind will form an “energy wall” to protect your heart against further heartache and against further assault. This is referred to as the “Heart Wall.”

This short video gives a good explanation of the heart wall:

What Can Happen Once The Heart Wall Is Gone?

I believe it is one of the most important things I can do to improve all areas of someone’s life. I don’t take this lightly.  It is a passion of mine and something that I believe aids in your emotional and physical wellness for the rest of your life.  Sometimes immediately, but often over a period of time, clients have reported various improvements including:

  • Feeling more emotionally free
  • Patterns of self sabotage disappear
  • Huge shifts out of sadness, hopelessness and excessive fear and worry
  • Ability to give and receive love
  • Actually “hear” and embrace what others are saying to them
  • Experience a sudden or not so sudden increase in financial abundance
  • Improvements in relationships
  • Attracting healthy relationships after years of the opposite!
  • Falling in love for the first time
  • Feeling more confident
  • Becoming more creative
  • Being open to more abundance

It is as if the signals of the heart can actually reach out into the world now, instead of being filtered through this “wall” of energy, made up of fear, anger, and other negative emotions. How would you see or feel the world differently without this? How would you express your creativity? How would you relate to other people?

Quite often clients report a relief in physical discomfort including:

  • Heart palpitations
  • Tightness or burning in the chest
  • Constriction in the throat when they try to speak their truth
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Pain in other joints
  • Pain in organs

I believe this is because those negative energies are no longer distorting the area surrounding their hearts, affecting organs and tissues in that vicinity.

Some people report immediate improvements in their lives after a Heart Wall release and others will notice a much more subtle, slower shift. It’s hard to tell, but I truly feel like releasing the Heart Wall can shift things you didn’t even realize were blocking you. My own Heart Wall release has slowly been showing some major shifts in my life.

How Is The Heart Wall Released?

In my practice, I use the Emotion Code technique to find trapped emotional energies in the body. Working with the Heart Wall uses the same technique. However, releasing the Heart Wall is a special type of focused session where I look for energies specifically in the area around the heart and clear as many as the body will allow at a time.

The Heart Wall takes approximately 2-5 sessions to clear completely (can be done via phone sessions) and I walk you through the clearing of these energies (we use a magnet) as we muscle test to find emotions that it is made of. People often report literally feeling the emotion leave their body – they get the chills, yawn as a form of release, or sometimes even feel momentarily nauseous or dizzy.

How To Know If You Have a Heart Wall

We can get answers from the subconscious mind  through muscle testing to find out if you have a Heart Wall; exactly how much emotional energy is stored around your heart, and how many sessions it would take for us to release it together.

You can even learn to muscle test yourself to get the answer, and also find out if it would be beneficial to learn to clear your own Heart Wall. You can simply do as I do and ask “Do I/you have a Heart Wall?” If you get a no, ask “Do I have a hidden Heart Wall?” In some people, the body has it “hidden” and you have to ask for it specifically that way.

Dr. Bradley Nelson reports 90% of people have a Heart Wall. Imagine how your life could change if all that negative emotional energy around your heart that isn’t serving you was released?
